Mental health careers are certainly on the market. Depending on the capacity to which you are looking to work in the mental health industry will further determine just how large the demand is in that particular industry. They want to be able to get into the psyche of the patient, and see what it is that they are about, and what it is that they are capable of doing, as they continue to grow in age as we all do. This is one of the mental health careers that requires undergraduate, then graduate schooling in order to be able to practice in the mental health industry. From there, they must acquire the proper state and/or federal certificates and licenses mandated. This is also one of the mental health careers that is ranked highest in terms of salary, in line with the mental health physician. But many mental health therapists say that they would love to do the job even if they were not compensated for the work in the manner to which they are.
