Tobacco Policy
In accordance with Oklahoma City ordinances, tobacco use is not permitted inside the Cox Business Services Convention Center. Prohibited areas include all entrances and lobbies, elevators and stairwells, as well as the Arena, Exhibit Halls and meeting rooms. Failure to comply with the ordinance after a warning may result in ejection and/or the issuance of a summons.

Drink Responsibly
In Oklahoma, the minimum age for beer, wine and alcohol consumption is 21. We encourage you to act responsibly and not drink and drive.
 
Safety and Medical Emergencies
The safety and security of attendees is of the utmost important to us. Should an emergency arise, please locate a team member immediately. If the situation requires immediate care, always call 911 first.
